Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was originally established in 1975 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Their initial intention was to discover why certain individuals were excellent communicators, and what behaviours these individuals displayed. They then created models of this behaviour, which then enabled them to teach others to be as equally as effective. They also studied Milton Erikson, Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir, although many others have contributed to its growth over the years.

This field continually evolves, finding new and extraordinary possibilities. From the models in NLP a whole host of techniques have been created, to enable you to change your thought processes, behaviours and beliefs, and to remove any limitations about yourself which you have created during your life’s journey, allowing you to be the person you really want to be in life. It’s also about choice, you can learn to control how you behave, be aware of your emotional and physical states, and have the power to determine how you and others communicate and interact by using verbal and non-verbal language.

What is Time Line Therapy™?

Time Line Therapy™ is internationally recognised as the one of the most effective tools in creating fast, long-lasting changes in behaviour, enabling an individual to take control of their life and create the future that they want.

A 'Time Line' is how an individual unconsciously stores memories, and is able to recognise the difference between memories from the past and projections of the future. All behavioural change occurs at this unconscious level.


Time Line Therapy™ allows an individual to work at the unconscious level, to release the effects of negative emotions that may have accumulated from past negative experiences. It assists in the elimination of inappropriate emotional responses such as anger, sadness, fear, and guilt along with anxiety and depression which are linked to old memories.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural simple process of learning how to go into a trance state. It is a way of getting in touch with the deeper parts of the mind in order to help an individual to either;

  • assist in the removal of  thoughts and behaviours they no longer require or need
  • to help them actualise what they want in their lives and increase a positive outlook

It is important to understand that all hypnosis is self hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a way of accessing the unconscious mind; it is a normal, natural state that increases levels of relaxation. The unconscious mind is the part of the individual that undertakes most of the “behind the scenes thinking”, the part that drives an individuals behaviour, runs the body, and contains all the resources needed to problem solve and achieve goals.


Hypnosis is scientifically proven and very effective for a wide range of issues including, self esteem, phobias, stress reduction, motivation, sleeping problems and performance enhancement.
